WHAT can be returned?
Item must be returned with original package with all parts
Item must be in resellable condition when it returns
Customer would need to pay for the return postage if it is a no seller's fault return.
Careyou.com.au will pay for the return postage if it is seller's fault return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
30 days after purchase

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us on sales@careyou.com.au first
in the situation that it is a sell's fault return
we will send out an eparcel return email to your email address
customer just need to print out the label and bring it to any aus post outlet
the parcel will be sent back on our own cost.

in the situation that is not a sell's fault return
customer would need to arrange the return on your own .

CREDIT for returns?
We will deduct the shipping cost and issue the refund in the balance if it is no seller's fault return
we will issue the full refund if it is seller's fault return.

Packing materials?
Must be in orginal package
