Fast Shipping Delivery Policy

 Dispatch Times:

  • Care You is based at 110 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, Melbourne. All orders are despatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Please note that we delivery to Australia and New Zealand only
  • We will ship your order within 48 hours after receiving your payment. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays. Please note delays may occure during peak periods, which including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and any other holidays. Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  • For urgent orders placed after 10am but before 2pm, we can arrange a priority despatch for the same day. Please contact us if you require this.

Delivery Cost & Time:

  • To see your delivery cost and estimate time, please use the Freight Calculator at the shopping cart. Enter your postcode and submit to see your delivery cost. Delivery times provided by us are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, carriers, peak periods, weather, strikes, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the order if required.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, refusal, non-collection, failed delivery, or any act or omission by you, we charge additional redelivery fee.

Tracking Orders:

  • Your tracking number will be updated as soon as the parcel is despatched. You can track your order on the Website by clicking on the Track My Order Tab. Your order may arrive earlier or later depending on the volume of orders currently being handled by the Courier.
 

Pickup and Click-and-Collect:

  • We will send you email as soon as your order is ready for pick up, normally within 48 hours. Where pickup, local pickup or click-and-collect is offered, you must collect your order within our business hours from our warehouse. For urgent orders, please contact our customer servicers. 
    • Business hours: 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday
    • Address: 110-118 Cochranes Rd, Moorabbin, Vic 3189. (entry the drive way to the warehouse at rear)   
  • You may be required to provide proof of identity, your order confirmation, and any other reasonable information before collection.
  • If someone other than the purchaser collects the order, we may require prior written authorisation and proof of identity. Risk in the products passes to you upon collection.

Customized Orders:

  • For customized orders, if an order is not collected within a reasonable period, we may contact you and, if necessary, charge storage fees, cancel the order, or refund the order less any reasonable costs incurred by us.

Faulty Item:

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please advise us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please have your invoice details on hand and information on what is faulty. We will be happily replace the item once the fault has been confirmed. Please note that "change of mind" does not constitute a faulty item.

Incorrect or Missing Item:

  • If you have received an incorrect item or your whole order has not been delivered, please advise us immediately by email, including the details and photographs. 

Backorders:

  • Orders will be put on backorder if stocks run out. We will send them to you as soon as stock arrive. Or cancel the order on request and make refunds.
