Return Policy

 

At Care You, we care about our customers whole experience and have designed our Return Policy to make it as easy as possible for you to return items. 
 

Inspection of Goods

You should inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.
If any item is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect or visibly affected in transit, you should notify us within 7 days after delivery or collection and provide your order number, photographs and any other information reasonably requested by us.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to assess the issue, make a claim with the carrier, or provide a remedy.
 
WHAT can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, items must meet following creterias:
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts intact.
  • The item must be in a resellable condition when we receive it.
  • the item is not custom-made, cut-to-length, special order, clearance.
  • On Sale product can be return for store credit only
WHEN do items need to be returned?
  • Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of your purchase.
  • Careyou reserves the right whether to accept returns after the 90 day period or not.
  • Any claim by the Customer that the goods are damaged or incorrect must be made in writing to Careyou within seven (7) days of receipt of the Goods. The Customer must also provide Careyou with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods. The Careyou's sole liability, if any, is limited to either resupplying the goods or refunding the purchase price of the goods.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of the following products, we will be unable to provide a refund on:
  • Custom made and personalised products.
  • Clearance items.
 
WHO pays for the return?
For change mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. Unless the return is caused by faulty products, we will pay for the return postage.
 
HOW do customers return items?
  • Please contact us on sales@careyou.com.au with details and photos of your query.
WHAT about packaging?
  • Please remember that items MUST be returned in their original packaging with all parts intact.
  • If you cannot return an item "as new" in its original packaging , a handing and restocking fee may apply up to 20% of the value of  the item.
CREDIT for returns?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will raise a credit note. If you have requested a refund we will process the refund accordingly and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
