In these Terms and Conditions, “Careyou”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Huanyu Australia Pty Ltd ABN 59 125 891 483. “You” and “your” means the person, customer, business or other entity accessing or using our website or purchasing products from us.
By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website.
1. Eligibility and Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, to place an order through our website.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by, any other person.
You must not misuse our website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or use the website to transmit malicious code or harmful material.
2. Accounts and Customer Information
You may be required to provide contact, billing, shipping or payment information when placing an order or making an enquiry.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you will promptly update any information that changes.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect false information, misuse of the website, fraud, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colours, materials, finishes, images, pricing and availability shown on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible.
However:
- colours, textures, finishes and visual appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting or display quality.
- handmade, decorative, acrylic, glass, floral, linen and event styling products may have reasonable variations in tone, finish, size, texture, edges, or appearance.
- packaging may change from time to time.
- measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise; and
- product images may include props, styling items or accessories for display purposes unless expressly stated to be included.
We do not warrant that products will appear exactly as shown on your screen or exactly match all expectations where minor and reasonable variations exist.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit the quantities of any product sold, supplied or made available through our website, whether per order, per customer, per household, per business, per account or per delivery address.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or vary our product range at any time without notice.
5. Quotes
Any quote provided by us, unless expressly stated otherwise, is an invitation to treat only and is valid for the period stated in the quote or, if no period is stated, for 7 days from the date of issue.
Quotes are subject to stock availability, freight changes, supplier changes, pricing review, and correction of any errors.
A quote is not a binding acceptance by us until we confirm the order.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, by email, by phone, in person, or through any other sales channel, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products.
We may accept or decline an order at our discretion.
An order is not finally accepted by us until we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch the relevant products. Submission of an order, receipt of an automated order email, issue of a tax invoice, or processing of payment does not by itself constitute final acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to:
- stock availability;
- review and verification of pricing, freight and product information;
- verification of billing, payment and delivery details;
- review for suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised transactions; and
- our ability to fulfil the order.
We reserve the right, at any time before dispatch or collection, to decline, cancel, amend or limit any order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is a genuine pricing, freight, promotional, technical, typographical or product information error;
- there is a system, administrative or human error affecting the order;
- payment cannot be authorised, verified or cleared;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent, commercial misuse, unauthorised or unlawful activity; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel or amend an order, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided with the order.
7. Pricing and Billing
All prices on Careyou.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our website include GST where applicable, but exclude delivery charges, handling fees, installation, customs duties, import charges and any other third-party charges.
Additional charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout or advised before your order is finalised.
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. However, genuine pricing errors may occur from time to time, including as a result of typographical errors, delayed updates, supplier changes, system issues, promotional setup errors, administrative errors or human error.
If we identify a genuine pricing error before dispatch or collection, we may:
- cancel the order and provide a full refund of any amount paid; or
- contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price.
If you do not wish to proceed at the correct price, we will provide a full refund of any amount paid to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and payment information for all purchases made from us.
You authorise us to charge the payment method used for your order for the total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, fees and taxes.
8. Promotions, Discount Codes and Special Offers
Promotions, discount codes, introductory offers, bundle pricing, trade pricing, sale pricing, and other promotions are subject to availability and any specific terms applying to that promotion.
Promotions may be changed, withdrawn, suspended or corrected at any time unless already validly applied to an accepted order.
Discount codes must be used in accordance with their stated conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or reverse any promotional benefit where a code or offer has been applied incorrectly, used contrary to its conditions, or affected by a genuine system or setup error.
9. Trade, Wholesale and Commercial Orders
Some products, pricing tiers, cartons, bundles or ordering options may be intended for trade, wholesale, business, styling, event, hospitality or commercial use.
Where trade pricing, wholesale pricing, account-based pricing, quote-based pricing or commercial terms apply, additional conditions may apply, including minimum order quantities, pack sizes, lead times, freight arrangements, breakage terms, return restrictions and payment terms.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, products purchased for resale, commercial hire, large-scale event use, styling jobs, venue use, export, distribution or commercial projects may not be returned for change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, export or commercial redistribution where this is inconsistent with our intended sales channel or agreed commercial terms.
10. Payment
We may offer various payment methods from time to time. We reserve the right to add, remove or change payment methods at any time.
All payments must be received in cleared funds before dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
If a payment is reversed, dishonoured, charged back, disputed or not successfully completed, we may suspend fulfilment, cancel the order, recover any costs incurred by us, and take any other action available to us at law.
11. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times provided by us are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, carriers, peak periods, weather, strikes, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the order if required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, refusal, non-collection, failed delivery, or any act or omission by you, we may charge additional redelivery, storage, return or handling fees before re-dispatching the order.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided, or on collection if you choose pickup or collection.
To the extent permitted by law, title in the products does not pass to you until full payment for the products and any applicable charges has been received by us in cleared funds.
12. Pickup and Click-and-Collect
Where pickup, local pickup or click-and-collect is offered, you must collect your order within the period advised by us.
You may be required to provide proof of identity, your order confirmation, and any other reasonable information before collection.
If someone other than the purchaser collects the order, we may require prior written authorisation and proof of identity.
Risk in the products passes to you upon collection.
For customized orders, if an order is not collected within a reasonable period, we may contact you and, if necessary, charge storage fees, cancel the order, or refund the order less any reasonable costs incurred by us, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Inspection of Goods
You should inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.
If any item is missing, damaged, defective, incorrect or visibly affected in transit, you should notify us within 7 days after delivery or collection and provide your order number, photographs and any other information reasonably requested by us.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to assess the issue, make a claim with the carrier, or provide a remedy.
14. Returns, Refunds and Change of Mind
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the nature of the failure.
We may require proof of purchase, photographs, return of the goods, or other reasonable information before assessing a return or claim.
Change of mind
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Careyou will offer you a credit note or refund provided that:
- the request is made within the time period specified by us;
- the item is unused, unassembled, unopened and in original saleable condition;
- the item is returned in original packaging;
- the item is not custom-made, cut-to-length, special order, clearance, sale, fragile, seasonal, floral, perishable, hygiene-related, commercial-use or bulk/wholesale stock;
- you pay all return freight, re-delivery and handling costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Custom, Made-to-order and Clearance items
Due to the nature of products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations for custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, cut, specially sourced or special-order products once production, sourcing, ordering or preparation has commenced.
15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days after receiving it.
We may request photographs, packaging details, batch details, return of the goods, or any other information reasonably required to assess the issue.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, improper storage, ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, use contrary to product instructions, or use not reasonably intended for the product.
16. Event, Styling and Use-Based Products
Many of our products are intended for decorative, styling, event or display use. You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your intended purpose, venue, installation method, load requirements, fire safety requirements and event conditions.
We are not responsible for losses arising from your chosen setup, event styling decisions, weather exposure, misuse, load-bearing assumptions, candle use, breakage after delivery or collection, or use of products in a way that is unsafe or outside their intended purpose.
You are responsible for supervising the use of candles, glassware, acrylic items, décor pieces and any other fragile, hot, sharp or potentially hazardous products.
17. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of expected savings, or loss of data; and
- our liability in connection with any product or order is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, resupply or refund of the relevant product or service, to the extent permitted by law.
23. Indemnity

27. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing the revised version on our website.
The updated Terms and Conditions apply from the date they are published, unless otherwise stated.
