How to Order for Local Pickup

Order online and collect from our Moorabbin warehouse — free of charge. Follow the steps below to select Local Pickup at checkout.

Want to collect your order from our Moorabbin warehouse? Local Pickup is free and available on all orders. Follow the steps below to place your order correctly.

Step 1 — Add Items to Cart & Proceed to Checkout

Shop as normal, add products to your cart, then click Checkout. Make sure you click "Update My Changes" if you adjust any quantities before proceeding.

Step 2 — Enter Your Address & Postcode

At checkout, you must enter a delivery address and postcode first — even if you plan to pick up in person. Our system uses this information to calculate and display available shipping methods, including Local Pickup.

Important: Local Pickup will only appear if you enter a Victorian (VIC) postcode. If you are based interstate, simply enter our warehouse postcode 3189 in the postcode field to unlock the Local Pickup option.

Step 3 — Select "Local Pickup" as Your Shipping Method

Once your address is entered, the shipping method list will appear. Select "Local Pickup — Moorabbin VIC 3189". Your shipping cost will drop to $0.00.

Step 4 — Complete Payment

Pay using any of our available payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex
• Afterpay — pay in 4 interest-free instalments
• Apple Pay — Safari browser only
• Google Pay — Chrome browser only

Step 5 — Wait for Your "Ready for Pickup" Notification

Once your order is confirmed, an invoice number will be issued — save this for your records. Our team will prepare your order and send you a "Ready for Pickup" email notification before you come in. Please do not visit the warehouse until you receive this email.

Step 6 — Collect Your Order

Bring your order confirmation email or invoice number when you collect. Our team will have your order ready at the warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pick up on the same day I order?
Same-day pickup is subject to stock availability and order processing time. We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
