FAQ1. For postage
Please find the shipping calculation on the product site, simply enter your postcode, and press calculate.
We offer pickup for large item, but you need to order it on-line first and PLEASE PAY ON PICKUP.
Please contact us after placing your order, we will send you our address.
If you did not contact us or arrange a time prior to visiting us, we reserve the right to refuse pickup.
3. ‘Invalid tracking ID’ could mean that:
- the tracking number, or article ID, you have entered is incorrect
Please check your tracking number and ensure you have entered all digits correctly, in the correct order.
- the tracking number, or article ID, is not recognised by our system
Your item may not have been scanned or entered into our system yet. Please wait a day or so and then try again.
4. Receiving broken/faulty item
Please send photos of the broken/faulty item to email@example.com with your order number/ebay ID/full name,
we will try our best to solve the problem ASAP
